Terrazzo Restoration

Safe Dry has been involved in terrazzo restoration for many years. We have made it our business to evolve into the best terrazzo restoration company anywhere. We use an 11 to 14 step process that is unequaled in our field. Our system can clean your dirty terrazzo while grinding away years of dirt and stains. We can repair terrazzo cracks and holes with the original stones if they are still available.

This floor has no finish or topical sealer. It is polished with diamonds alone.

We can also remove terrazzo yellowing. Some yellowing can be permanent, but our 400 pound grinder will go deeper and remove more discoloration then and other grinder designed for home restoration.

Concrete Polishing

Safe dry does concrete polishing in home in aqt any facility. We have the equipment and knowledge to meat any challenge. we can fill expansion joints, spalling, cracks or concrete holes. Whether you need a satin finish or a high gloss shing give us a call.
