My name is Joe Martin and I am the owner of SafeDry. At SafeDry we have spent years polishing our craft. We are committed to a continuing education program. We are an IICRC certified Firm, We have also been trained and certified as HTC Superfloor floor publishers. We are also certified by RetroPlate and Crown Polymers. We have an A rating with the BBB and Angie’s List and won a 2009 and 2010 Super Service Award with Angie’s List. The last few weeks have shown a great increase in substandard work in our field. Of the last five jobs, to date, four were jobs just, or recently, completed by our competition. All of these floors had finish applied to the floor. We will only advise a topical sealer or finish, for terrazzo floors, for commercial properties or rental properties. We apply an impregnating sealer to our polished terrazzo. It goes into the floor to protect your floor, while not changing the mirror shine that diamond polishing gives. We also just started applying a new sealer that is impregnating, long-lasting and can hold water and oil based stains out of your terrazzo floor for hours. This is helping SafeDry produce a floor that, under normal conditions, will not need further polishing or sealer for seven to ten years.

Terrazzo Repair

We can fill your unsightly terrazzo holes and cracks. Many times people pull the nails around the edge causing unsightly holes. If you have not done that then do not do it. We can cut the nails in your terrazzo flooring and save a lot costly damage.

Terrazzo Glue Removal

Safe Dry uses the heaviest planetary grinder used in homes. We can cut under almost any glue and mastic found in homes. We are always careful not to grind the stains into the terrazzo. If your terrazzo estimator says the glue may not come out give us a call. We have a great track record with pad glue on terrazzo floors.

Terrazzo Floor Cleaning

When we grind your terrazzo floor we use bleaching and cleaning agents to remove most discoloration and stains in terrazzo flooring. We also use our four hundred pound grinder to get under most tough stains.
